Return & Refund Policy
- A 50% deposit must be made before printing and the balance is due before shipping or pickup.
- Orders must be pre-approved before printing. We print as suggested and approved by the client.
- No refunds and no credits once printed. Please review your proof carefully.
- If you fail to make final payment upon completion of the job, you will forfeit your deposit and product.
- If there's a manufacturing defect or print error that does not match the approved proof, contact us within 3 business days for review.
